血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平对小儿急性肺炎诊断价值分析

目的研究血常规、血沉、C-反应蛋白水平对小儿急性肺炎诊断价值。方法随机选取2011年6月～2013年1月在本院儿科门诊就诊的有详细病史记录的急性肺炎小儿患者50名，作为感染组，选取相应时间段的无急性肺炎的小儿患者50名作为非感染组，再选取同期来门诊进行健康体检者50例作为对照组，分别检测血常规、血沉（ESR）以及C-反应蛋白（CRP）。结果感染组的C-反应蛋白（CRP）、血沉、白细胞计数（WBC）和中性粒细胞百分比（N）均高于非感染组；非感染组血沉、C-反应蛋白（CaP）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论血常规、血沉及C-反应蛋白对小儿急性肺炎有较大的诊断价值。

Blood RT,ESR, C- reactive protein level in the diagnosis of acute pneumonia in children

Objective To explore the blood RT, ESR, C- reactive protein level in the diagnosis of acute pneumonia in children. Methods 50 pediatric acute pneumonia patients who have detailed records from june 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital outpatient Department of Pediatrics were selected as infection group. In the appropriate time period select 50 pediatric patients without acute pneumonia as uninfected group, and another 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Test the blood RT, ESR, C- reactive protein level of the three groups. Results The CRP, ESR, WBC and percentage of neutrophils （N）levels in infection group were higher than those in infection group; the CRP and ESR levels in infection group were higher than that in the control group, there was statistically significant difference, P〈0.05.Conclusion The blood RT, ESR, C- reactive protein level has great value in the diagnosis of acute pneumonia in children.
