| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的疲劳特征。方法 引入疲劳评定量表，运用多元统计学方法，分析比较了CFS与糖尿病、抑郁症的疲劳特征。结果 CFS与糖尿病、抑郁症的疲劳表现存在不同，例如CFS的疲劳是患病后首先出现的最主要的症状，其疲劳程度重于糖尿病与抑郁症，疲劳心理后果重于糖尿病，但轻于抑郁症等。结论 CFS存在与其他躯体和精神类疾病不同的疲劳特征。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the fatigue characteristics of chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).Methods The fatigue characteristics of CFS were compared with diabetes and depression.The fatigue characteristics were measured with Fatigue Assessment Instrument (FAI) and the data were analysed with multianalysis methods. Results The patients with CFS manifested some fatigue characteristics which were different from the sufferers of diabetes and depression. For example, fatigue was the most important symptom and occurred prior to the other symptoms in CFS patients;the fatigue was more severe in CFS patients; the CFS patients exhibited more significant psychological consequences due to fatigue . Conclusion CFS has its own fatigue characteristics. |
