| 摘 要： | 口服和静脉给予国产甲磺酸培氟沙星对大肠杆菌-12、克氏肺炎杆菌-64和绿脓杆菌-14感染小鼠均有保护作用,其中口服给药的PD_(50)分别为1.08,5.87和8.10mg/kg;静脉给药的PD_(50)分别为0.54,3.10和7.02mg/kg。

| Abstract: | Infected mice with E. coli-12, Kl pneumonia 64 and Ps. aeroginosa-14 were used to test the antibacterial activity of domestic pefloxacin in vivo. The result showed that domestic pefloxacin had protective effect to all the three kinds infected mice. Its PD50 by oral administration was 1.08, 5.87 and 8. lOmg/kg respectively, while the PD50 by intravenous administration was 0.49,3. 53 and 3.15mg/kg. |
