| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多西他赛（docetaxel，DOC，多西紫杉醇）联合环磷酰胺（cyclophosphamid，CTX）方案（TC方案）新辅助化疗后行乳腔镜保乳手术近期疗效及美容效果。方法32例乳腺癌接受TC方案化疗2周期后行乳腔镜保乳术。结果TC方案新辅助化疗客观有效率90．6％，保乳手术后对乳腺形态满意率93．8％。结论早期乳腺癌TC方案化疗后，肿瘤分期降低，便于保乳。乳腔镜保乳美容效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate short-term effects and cosmetic results of docetaxel and cyclophosphamid （TC regimen） chemotherapy combined with mammary duetoscopy in breast-conserving surgery. Methods After a neoadjuvant chemotherapy with TC regimen for 2 courses, the breast-conserving surgery was performed with mammary ductoscopy in 32 cases. Results Responses to the neoadjuvant chemotherapy with TC regimen showed the effective rate was 90.6%. The cosmesis favorable rate was 93. 8%. Conclusions TC regimen chemotherapy of early breast cancer decreases the odds of progression of disease and benefits further breast-conserving surgery. |
