老年人大肠癌并急性肠梗阻的外科处理(附112例报告)

目的 探讨老年人大肠癌并急性肠梗阻的外科处理方法。方法 回顾性分析我院自1990年1月至2000年月1月收治的112例大肠癌并急性肠梗阻病例的外科治疗资料。结果 112例患者均经手术治疗，出现并发症15例；死亡10例，病死率8．93％，其余均痊愈出院。结论 老年人大肠癌并急性肠梗阻有其自身的特点，合理选择手术方式，做好围手术期的处理是减少并发症，降低病死率的关键。

Surgical management of elderly patients with acute intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer: a review of 112 cases

objective To study the surgical treatment of elderly patients with intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer.Methods From Jan. 1990 to Jan. 2000. Data of 112 elderly cases with intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal cancer were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results All cases underwent surgical treatment, complications occurred in 15 cases, 10 cases were dead and the mortality rate was 5.8%, the others were healed. Conclusion Elderly patients with intestinal obstruction due to colorectal cancer have their own clinical characteristics. If the rational surgical method is chosen and the intensive perioperative care is given,the surgical complication will be reduced and the mortality rate will be cut down also.
