| 摘 要： | 目的探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的诊断和治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院13例术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果13例患者经过胃肠减压,应用生长抑制素,肾上腺素等保守治疗,其中11例治愈。2例中转手术治疗,平均治疗15d,均治愈出院,无肠坏死病例出现。结论术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在腹部手术后1~2周,可有典型的肠梗阻表现。保守治疗是早期炎性肠梗阻的主要治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment in early stage of postoperative inflammatory ileus.Methods A retrospective study was performed on the clinical data of 13 patients.Results 13 cases were all treated by gastroenteral decompression,so mastostain,dxamethasone and other drugs.As a results,11 cases were cured by the drugs and 2 cases were cured by operations.There was no intestine necrosis occurred.Conclusion The early stage of postoperative inflammatory ileus mainly occurs in about 1~2 weeks after operation.It often has typical signs and symptoms of bowel obstruction,and conservative treatment should be the major therapeutic measure for the disease. |
