钢板固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折

目的研究和评估切开复位钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法对28例32足波及距下关节的跟骨骨折行切开复位Stryker钢板内固定。结果28足平均随访15个月以上，骨折全部愈合，功能改善．跟距关节及跟骨恢复了正常的对合关系。按Margland足部评分系统评价术后功能，本组28足Stryker钢板固定中。优8足，良16足，可4足。优良率85．6％。结论切开复位Stryker钢板内固定是治疗波及距下关节的有效方法。

Treatment of Calcaneal Intra-articular Fracture by Internal Fixation with Stryker-plate

Objective To study and evaluate the application of Stryker Calcaneal fracture plate in Calcaneal fracture and the open reduction of Calcaneal fracture.Methods 28 patients with intra-articular fracture of calcaneus were undergone open reduction,fixation with stryker calcaneus plate.Results The patients were evaluated using the Maryland foot score and excellent clinical results occurred in 8,good in 16,fair in 4,the rate of excellent and good clinical results were 85.6 percent.Conclusion Open reduction and internal fixation with Stryker Calcaneus plate is an effective method.
