RegIV和IEGFR在大肠癌中的表达

目的研究再生基因蛋白IV（RegIV）及表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）在大肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用S-P免疫组化技术检测57例大肠癌及其相应的癌旁正常组织中RegIV和EGFR的表达。结果57例大肠癌组织中RegfV、EGFR的阳性表达率均高于癌旁正常组织，差异具有统计学意义。RegIV与EGFR在大肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关关系。结论RegIV可能通过激活EGFR／P13K／Akt信号系统在肿瘤的发生发展中发挥重要作用。

Reg IV and EGFR Expression in Colorectal Cancer

Objective To investigate the relationship and clinical significance between the expressions of ReglV and EGFR in c01orectal cancel Methods S-P Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of ReglV and EGFR in pathological tissue with 57 cases of colorectal cancer and tumor-adjacent normal colorectal tissue. Results The positive expression rates of ReglV and EGFR proteins in 57 cases of colorectal cancer were significantly higher than the positive expression rates of tumor-adjacent normal colorectal tissues respectively. There was positive correlation between the expression of ReglV and EGFR in colorectal cancer. Conclusions ReglV may play an important role in tumorigenesis and tumor progression by activating EGFR/PI3K/Akt signaling pathway.
