缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效观察

目的探讨缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析我院2011年7月至2013年7月收治的130例原发性高血压患者的资料，采用多中心、双盲、随机、双模拟、平行试验方法，将患者分为观察组及对照组，各65例，患者均经2周洗脱期，对照组患者采用缬沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗，观察组采用缬沙坦联合氨氦地平治疗，对两组患者治疗效果及安全性进行评价。结果观察组患者总有效率高，与对照组患者比较差异明显，有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组患者治疗期间，均未发生严重不良反应，比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论缬沙坦联合氨氯地平治疗可有效控制原发性高血压，用药安全性高，疗效满意。

Efficacy of Valsartan and Amlodipine Treatment of Essential Hypertension

Objective To investigate the valsartan and amlodipine treatment of essential hypertension clinical efficacy and safety. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in July 2011-July 2013 admitted 130 patients with essential hypertension data, multi-center, double-blind, randomized, double- dummy, parallel testing method, the patients were divided into observation group and the control group, 65 cases were confirmed by two weeks washout period, the control group were treated with valsartan hydrochlorothiazide combined treatment, observation group valsartan and amlodipine treatment, two groups of patients the efficacy and safety evaluated. Results The total effective rate was observed in patients with significant differences compared to patients in the control group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, during the two groups of patients, no serious adverse reactions, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Valsartan and amlodipine treatment can effectively control hypertension, medication safety, satisfactory.
