摘    要:目的:为探讨急性重复缺氧对机体内血红蛋白(Hb)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化。方法:在同一人群中选择某部担负喀喇昆仑山运输任务的驾驶员24 人,在高原完成全年运输任务的前、中、后进行Hb、血清总(T- SOD)、铜锌(CuZn- SOD)、红细胞(RBC- SOD)和尿液(U- SOD)含量的检测。结果:运输中较运输前Hb 增加非常显著(P< 0.01),RB- SOD、CuZn- SOD和T- SOD、U- SOD的活性降低差异显著和非常显著(P< 0.05和P< 0.01)。运输结束后较运输中Hb 降低均差异显著(P< 0.01),T-SOD、U- SOD和RBC- SOD的活性逐渐降低有非显著和显著差异(P< 0.01 或P<0.05)。运输结束后较运输前的RBC- SOD、T- SOD、CuZn- SOD、U- SOD活性降低相差非常显著(P< 0.01),而Hb 无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。结论:急性重复缺氧是影响体内Hb 和SOD含量的变化及造成自由基对机体损伤的主要原因。

Abstract:To observe the changes of level of Hemogl obin(HB)and SOD in motor-soldiers at high altitude.Methods:A total of 24 motor-soldiers,male,mean age 25.4yr,who came from lowland(1 400m altitude) and acutely gone to high altitude(3 700m) for 8 months by automobile,were confirmed to be heathy before exposure high altitude.The level of Hb,T-SOD,CuZn-SOD,U-SOD and RBC-SOD were measured three times by using same test way,(1)on day 3 of pre-altitude at lowland,(2)after 4 months of postaltitude at 3 700m,(3)after returning to lowland from exposure altitude for 8 months.Results:The level of Hb was remarkably increased ( P <0.01) in the second test compared with that in the first test,and the level of Hb decreased in the third test but no significant difference between the first and the third test.The level of RBC-SOD,U-SOD,CuZn-SOD and T-SOD were significantly decreased( P <0.01 or P< 0.05) in the second test compared with that in the first test,and the decreased level of T-SOD,U-SOD and RBC-SOD had a obvious difference ( P <0.01 or <0.05) between the second and the third test.The level of RBC-SOD,T-SOD,CuZn-SOD and U-SOD decreased ( P <0.01) significantly in the third test compared with that in the first test.Conclusion:Acute long-term hypoxia is a major factor to affect the changes of Hb and SOD and impare health of human by free radial under high altitude environment.$$$$
