| 摘 要： | 目的观察得宝松与施沛特关节腔内联合注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(OA)的临床效果。方法将80例OA病人随机分为两组:对照组1~5周单用施沛特治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上首次注射时加注得宝松1 mL,其他同对照组。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有显著性(uc=2.98,P<0.01)。结论得宝松联合施沛特治疗OA较单用施沛特疗效好。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of Diprospan with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.MethodsEighty patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate for 1-5 weeks;the treated group,Diprospan(1 mL) intraarticular injection was given initially,other treatment being same as the controls.ResultsThe therapeutic efficacy is better in treated group than that in the control(u_c=2.98,P<0.01).Conclusion(The efficacy) of combination administration of Diprospan with sodium hyaluronate is better than using only the latter for osteoarthritis |
