贴面与全冠在口腔美学修复中的效果及对牙周情况的影响

目的 探究贴面与全冠在口腔美学修复中的效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022年1月在我院 进行口腔美容修复的110例患者作为研究对象,按照修复方式的不同,分为观察组（n=55）与对照组 （n=55）。对照组采用烤瓷全冠修复方式,观察组采用铸瓷贴面方式,比较两组修复后3、6、12个月美学 修复效果评分、牙周健康状况、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果 观察组治疗3、6、12个月后美学修复 效果评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组修复12个月后牙周袋深度（PD）、牙龈 出血指数（BI）、附着丧失（AL）指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗总有效 率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义 （P＜0.05）。结论 贴面的修复效果要优于烤瓷全冠,能够提高患者的牙齿美观度,减少对患者牙周组织 的刺激,对牙周健康有利,同时不会产生严重不良反应。

Effect of Laminate Veneers and Full Veneer Crown in Oral Aesthetic Restoration and its Influence on Periodontal Condition

Objective To explore the effect of laminate veneers and full veneer crown in oral aesthetic restoration. Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent oral aesthetic restoration in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.
