中药汤剂熏洗对混合痔术后创面的影响

目的 探究在混合痔术后应用中药汤剂熏洗对创面愈合及疼痛的改善情况。方法 选取2019年 1月-2022年12月于我院行混合痔手术（外剥内扎术）的100例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照 组和观察组，各50例。对照组术后采用高锰酸钾坐浴，观察组术后采用中药汤剂（苦参汤）熏洗，比较两组 疼痛程度、创面愈合时间、肛门坠胀感消退时间及、疼痛消失时间。结果 观察组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组 （P＜0.05）；观察组创面愈合时间、肛门坠胀感消退时间、疼痛消失时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 混合痔术后应用中药汤剂进行熏洗可提高创面愈合速度，减轻疼痛，促进患者快速康复。

Effect of Fumigation and Washing with Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction on Postoperative Wound of Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective To explore the effect of fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on wound healing and pain improvement after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods From January 2019 to December 2022, 100 patients who underwent mixed hemorrhoid surgery (external dissection and internal ligation) in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 50 patients in each group.
