全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗在牙体缺损患者中的应用效果

的 分析对牙体缺损患者行全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗方案的修复效果。方法 选取阳春市口腔医院2021年1月-2023年3月收治的80例牙体缺损患者为研究对象,依据患者入院时间先后予以编号,奇数为对照组（n=40）,偶数为观察组（n=40）。两组均接受根管治疗,对照组接受全瓷冠修复,观察组接受全瓷高嵌体修复,比较两组临床疗效、牙周及口腔功能。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组治疗后咀嚼效能高于对照组,GI、SBI、PLI及牙体松动度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 牙体缺失患者行全瓷高嵌体修复根管治疗方案的临床效果较为理想,可提升患者的咀嚼及其他口腔功能,具有重要的应用价值。

Application Effect of All-ceramic Onlay Repair Root Canal Therapy in Patients with Tooth Defect

Objective To analyze the repair effect of all-ceramic onlay repair root canal therapy in patients with tooth defect.Methods A total of 80 patients with tooth defects admitted to Yangchun Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to March2023 were selected as the research objects. They were numbered according to the time of admission, the odd number was thecontrol group (n=40), and the even number was the observation group (n=40). Both groups received root canal treatment, thecontrol group received all-ceramic crown repair, and the observation group received all-ceramic onlay repair. The clinicalefficacy, periodontal and oral function of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observationgroup was 95.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the masticatory efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the GI,SBI, PLI and tooth mobility were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of all-ceramic onlay repair root canal treatment for patients with tooth defect is ideal, whichcan improve the masticatory efficiency and other oral functions of patients, and has important application value.
