摘    要:腹主动脉瘤(abdominal aortic aneurysm,AAA)是一种复杂的受多种因素影响的主动脉疾病。目前,对AAA的研究主要集中在血流紊乱、炎症反应、氧化应激、内皮机械传感器等在AAA发生发展中的作用,其发病机制尚不明确。主动脉微循环是动脉壁血流和血氧的重要来源之一。近年来,越来越多证据表明主动脉微循环障碍可能在AAA发生发展、治疗及预后中发挥重要作用。因此,探究AAA疾病进程中可能的微循环学发病机制,有助于提高和促进对靶向微循环的AAA辅助治疗策略的认识和发展,具有重要的转化医学价值。

Abstract:Abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a complex aortic disease affected by multiple risk factors. At present, studies on AAA mainly focused on the role of blood disorders, inflammation, oxidative stress, endothelial mechanical sensors in the development of AAA, but the pathogenesis of AAA remains unknown. Aortic microcirculation is one of the important sources of blood perfusion and oxygen in the arterial wall. In recent years, increasing evidences have shown that aortic microcirculation dysfunction may play an important role in the development, treatment and prognosis of AAA. Therefore, exploring the possible microcirculatory pathogenesis in the progression of AAA will contribute to improving the understand and promoting the development of adjuvant therapy strategies for AAA targeting microcirculation, and has important translational medicine value.
