皮秒激光联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑的临床效果

摘    要:目的 分析在黄褐斑治疗中运用皮秒激光联合外用氨甲环酸治疗的临床效果。方法 选取广州市妇女儿童医疗中心柳州医院2022年10月-2023年4月收治的30例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各15例。观察组应用皮秒激光联合氨甲环酸进行治疗,对照组应用氨甲环酸进行治疗,比较两组临床疗效、黄褐斑面积及严重程度、心境状态、治疗满意度、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的73.33%(P <0.05);观察组治疗满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05);观察组治疗后MASI、POMS评分低于对照组(P <0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较(P >0.05)。结论 在黄褐斑治疗中采取皮秒激光联合氨甲环酸治疗可有效提高临床治疗效果,较单独用药治疗更能改善黄褐斑症状与心境状态,患者对黄褐斑治疗的满意度更高,且不会增加不良反应。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical effect of picosecond laser combined with topical tranexamic acid in the treatmentof chloasma. Methods Thirty patients with chloasma admitted to Guangzhou Women and Children''s Medical Center LiuzhouHospital from October 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 15 patients in eachgroup. The observation group was treated with picosecond laser combined with tranexamic acid, and the control group was treatedwith tranexamic acid. The clinical efficacy, chloasma area and severity, mood state, treatment satisfaction and adverse reactionswere compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, whichwas higher than 73.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The treatment satisfactionof the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of MASI and POMS in the observation group were lower than those in the controlgroup, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adversereactions between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of chloasma, picosecond laser combined with tranexamicacid can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect. Compared with single drug treatment, it can improve the symptoms andmood state of chloasma. Meanwhile, the patient''s satisfaction with the treatment of chloasma is higher, and it will not increaseadverse reactions.
