心理护理在眼部整形手术患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨在眼部整形手术患者的护理中实施心理护理的效果。方法 选取2022年2月-2023年2月 于我院行眼部整形手术的80例患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分成对照组和研究组，每组40例。对照 组给予常规护理，研究组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理，比较两组负性情绪、心理弹性、希望水平及 护理满意度。结果 研究组护理后HAMA、HAMD、FAVS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组护理后心 理弹性评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组术前1 h及术后7 d希望水平评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研 究组护理满意度为95.00%，高于对照组的77.50%（P＜0.05）。结论 心理护理在眼部整形手术患者中的应 用效果确切，能够有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁、恐惧等负性情绪，提高其心理健康水平，且患者对护理工 作的满意度较高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Psychological Nursing in Patients with Eye Plastic Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing in patients with ocular plastic surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent eye plastic surgery in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The negative emotion, psychological elasticity, hope level and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of HAMA, HAMD and FAVS in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The psychological resilience score of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of hope level at 1 h before operation and 7 d after operation in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of psychological nursing in patients with eye plastic surgery is effective, which can effectively alleviate the negative emotions such as anxiety, depression and fear, improve their mental health level. Meanwhile, the patients'' satisfaction with nursing work is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
