六神丸治疗寻常型痤疮的临床效果分析

目的 探讨六神丸治疗寻常型痤疮的临床效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年4月河北省保定市 第二医院收治的136例寻常型痤疮患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组68例。 对照组应用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用六神丸治疗,比较两组皮肤生理状况、皮疹及中 医症候积分。结果 观察组治疗后皮肤含水量高于对照组,皮肤油脂量低于对照组（P＜0.05）;观察组治 疗后皮疹评分、中医症候评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对于寻常型痤疮患者,在常规西药的基础 上应用六神丸治疗的效果较为理想,可有效改善患者的皮肤生理状况,减轻皮损症状。

Clinical Effect of Liushen Pill in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liushen pills in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 136 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to the No.2 Hospital of Baoding, Hebei Province from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.
