口腔种植修复治疗牙列缺损的临床效果

目的 分析对牙列缺损患者实施口腔种植修复治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2020年1月-2022 年5月于我院行口腔修复的5 0 例牙列缺损患者为研究对象，使用随机数字表法分为对照组和观 察组，每组2 5例。对照组给予活动义齿修复治疗，观察组给予口腔种植修复治疗，比较两组临床 疗效、恢复情况、治疗满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为82.00%，高于对照组的 52.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组语言功能、咀嚼功能、舒适程度、美观程度、固定功能评分均高于对照组 （P ＜0.05）；观察组治疗满意度为92.00%，高于对照组的64.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为 8.00%，低于对照组的32.00%（P ＜0.05）。结论 对牙列缺损患者实施口腔种植修复治疗的效果良好，可提 高牙齿美观度和舒适度，改善患者的口腔功能，患者满意度较高，且修复后并发症发生风险较小。

Clinical Effect of Oral Implant Restoration in the Treatment of Dentition Defect

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral implant restoration in patients with dentition defect. Methods A total of 50 patients with dentition defect who underwent oral repair in our hospital from January 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with removable denture restoration, and the observation group was treated with oral implant restoration. The clinical efficacy, recovery, treatment satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 82.00%, which was higher than 52.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of language function, chewing function, comfort, aesthetics and fixation function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was 92.00%, which was higher than 64.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%, which was lower than 32.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of oral implant restoration on patients with dentition defect is good, which can improve the aesthetics and comfort of teeth, improve the oral function, improve the satisfaction, and reduce the risk of complications after repair.
