中药汤剂内服联合夫西地酸乳膏外敷治疗寻常痤疮的效果

目的 探讨中药汤剂内服联合夫西地酸乳膏外敷治疗寻常痤疮的应用效果。方法 选取2021年 5月-2023年2月我院收治60例寻常痤疮患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每 组30例。对照组给予夫西地酸乳膏治疗，观察组给予中药汤剂内服联合夫西地酸乳膏外敷治疗，比较两 组中医症状积分、心理状态、舒适度及临床疗效。结果 观察组治疗后颜面潮红、瘙痒肿痛以及热脱屑 积分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗后SAS以及SDS评分均低于对照组，差 异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组生理、社会、心理、环境以及整体上舒适度评分均低于对照组，差 异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 采用中药汤剂内服联合夫西地酸乳膏外敷治疗寻常痤疮，临床疗效确切，可改善患者临床症状，缓解不 良情绪，且舒适度较高。

Effect of Oral Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with External Application of Fusidic Acid Cream in the Treatment of Acne Vulgaris

Objective To explore the application effect of oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application of fusidic acid cream in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods From May 2021 to February 2023, 60 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to the hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with fusidic acid cream, and the observation group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with external application of fusidic acid cream. The TCM symptom score, psychological state, comfort and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.
