口腔正畸治疗上前牙阻生的临床效果

目的 探讨口腔正畸技术在上前牙阻生患者治疗中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2021年4月-2022年 12月收治的90例上前牙阻生患者作为研究对象，采用数字随机法分为甲组和乙组，各45例。甲组予以常规 外科导萌手术，乙组予以口腔正畸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、并发症发生情况以及患者满意度。结果 乙组 治疗总有效率为95.56%，高于甲组的77.78%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；乙组并发症发生率为2.22%， 低于甲组的24.44%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；乙组治疗方法、美观度以及日常能力评分均高于甲 组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 口腔正畸治疗应用于上前牙阻生患者中，可以有效改善患者牙 齿错位情况，降低并发症发生率，同时提高患者满意度，值得临床应用。

Clinical Effect of Orthodontic Treatment of Impacted Upper Anterior Teeth

Objective To explore the application effect of orthodontic technique in the treatment of patients with impacted upper anterior teeth. Methods A total of 90 patients with impacted upper anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.
