类梯形去皮法重睑成形术在中老年性上睑皮肤松弛矫正中的应用效果

目的 比较即刻种植即刻修复与早期种植延期修复的效果。方法 选取2020年10月-2021年10月本 院收治的150例牙周病前牙修复患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，各75例。对照组给予前牙早 期种植延期修复，试验组给予前牙即刻种植即刻修复，比较两组穿龈深度、美学效果、修复成功率及 并发症发生率。结果 试验组治疗4、12、24周后穿龈深度均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组治疗4、 12、24周后PES评分、WES评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组修复成功率为96.00%，高于对照组的 80.00%（P＜0.05）；试验组并发症发生率为4.00%，低于对照组的16.00%（P＜0.05）。结论 即刻种植即刻 修复在牙周病患者前牙修复中的效果优于早期种植延期修复，能有效提高修复成功率，且修复后并发症发 生风险较小，安全性较高。

Application Effect of Trapezoidal Decortication Double Eyelid Plasty in the Correction of Upper Eyelid Skin Relaxation in Middle-aged and Elderly Patients

Objective To compare the effects of immediate implant restoration and early implant delayed restoration. Methods A total of 150 patients with anterior teeth repair of periodontal disease admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group was given early implant delayed restoration of anterior teeth, and the experimental group was given immediate implant restoration of anterior teeth. The depth of gingival penetration, aesthetic effect, repair success rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After 4, 12 and 24 weeks of treatment, the depth of gingival penetration in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). After 4, 12 and 24 weeks of treatment, the PES score and WES score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of repair in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 4.00%, which was lower than 16.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of immediate implant restoration in the repair of anterior teeth in patients with periodontal disease is better than that of early implant delayed restoration, which can effectively improve the success rate of repair, and the risk of complications after repair is small, and the safety is high.
