抗阻力量训练对中老年轻度认知功能障碍患者的干预效果

摘    要:目的:探讨抗阻力量训练对中老年轻度认知功能障碍患者的干预效果。方法:选取中年和老年男性MCI患者各40人(55?3岁和66?4岁),各随机分成对照组和干预组,对照组进行常规的健康教育,干预组进行为期24周的抗阻力量训练,测试受试者认知功能、身体形态、激素水平、肌肉力量等指标变化=峁和ü�24周的运动干预,与对照组相比,干预组MoCA得分在实验结束T2期均表现为显著性提高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,干预组身高、体重和胸围略有增加,腰围和臀围略有下降,但均无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,干预组血清T和GH含量呈现升高的趋势,血清C含量呈现下降的趋势,血清T和C含量在T2期表现为显著性差异(P<0.05),老年组改善效果更好;与对照组相比,干预组肌肉力量(握力)在T2期表现为显著性提高(P<0.05),老年组提高幅度更大。结论:24周的抗阻力量训练可以有效改善中老年MCI患者的认知功能,其干预效果受多方面因素的影响;对激素水平有积极的改善,老年组改善效果更好,但对体重、身高和身体围度等改善效果不明显;能有效提高以握力为代表的肌肉力量,老年组提高幅度更大。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the intervention effect of resistance training middle-aged and older patients with mild cognitive impairment. Methods: 40 middle-aged and older male MCI patients (55 ? 3 and 66 ? 4 years old) were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and intervention group according to age. Control group received routine health education, and intervention group received resistance trainingfor 24 weeks, and test the changes in cognitive function, body shape, hormone level and muscle strength of subjects.Results: After 24-weekexercise intervention, compared with control groups, the MoCA score of intervention groups showed a significant increase in T2 period at the end of experiment(P <0.05); compared with control groups,the height, weight and chest circumference of intervention groups increased slightly, and waist and hip circumference decreased slightly, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05); compared with control groups, the serum T and GH contents of intervention groups showed an increasing trend, the serum C content showed a downward trend, the serum T and C contents showed a significant difference at the T2 period (P <0.05), moreover the improvement effects were better in older groups; compared with control groups, the muscle strength (grip strength) of intervention groups showed a significant increase in T2 period (P <0.05), older groups were even greater. Conclusion: 24-week resistance training can effectively improve the cognitive function of middle-aged and older patients with MCI, the intervention effectsare affected by many factors; it has a positive effect on hormone levels, andolder groups have better effects as well, however the improvement effects of height and body circumference are not obvious; it can effectively increase the muscle strength represented by grip strength, and the increase of older groups are even greater.
