Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention based on atopic dermatitis score (SCORAD) ininfants with atopic dermatitis (AD). Methods A total of 48 infants with AD admitted to the First People ''s Hospital of Guangyuanfrom September 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, theywere divided into control group and observation group, with 24 infants in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing based on SCORAD on the basis of the control group. The sleep quality, clinical symptom score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The PSQI scores of the twogroups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P <0.05). The range of skin lesions, severity of skin lesions, subjective symptoms and comprehensive scores of the two groupsafter intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was 95.83%, which was higher than 70.83% in thecontrol group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of targeted nursing intervention based on SCORAD in infants with AD in infancyis good, which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of children, improve their sleep quality, promote rehabilitation, andimprove the satisfaction of children''s families with nursing services.
