头孢洛林酯治疗社区获得性肺炎疗效与安全性的荟萃分析

摘    要:目的系统评价头孢洛林酯治疗社区获得性肺炎的疗效与安全性。方法根据特定中英文检索词检索PubMed、ClinicalTrials.gov、Cochrane Library和中国学术期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库的所有相关临床随机对照研究,检索时间截止至2018年11月。采用RevMan53软件进行统计学分析。结果共纳入5篇文献,共计2031例患者。荟萃分析结果显示,头孢洛林酯治疗社区获得性肺炎的临床治愈率要优于对照组(RR=1.13,95%CI:1.08~118)。而在病死率(RR=1.12,95%CI:0.58~2.19)和不良事件(RR=0.98,95%CI:0.75~128)方面,头孢洛林酯组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义。结论头孢洛林酯治疗社区获得性肺炎具有良好的疗效和安全性。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of ceftaroline fosamil in the treatment of community-acquircd pneumonia.Methods Data were collected from PubMed Cochranc Library,ClinicalTrials,gov,China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wan fang database and Weipu database until November 2018.RevMan 5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of five literatures were included,totaling 2031 patients.The meta analysis showed that the clinical cure rate of ceftaroline fosamil in the treatment of community required pneumonia was better than that of the control group(RR=1.13,95%CI:1.08-1.18).There was no statistical difference in the mortality rate(RR=1.12,95%CI:0.58-2.19)and adverse events(RR=0.98,95%CI:0.75-1.28)between the ceftaroline fosamil group and the control group.Conclusions Ceftarolinc fosamil has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of community acquired pneumonia.
