| 摘 要： | 为探讨富血小板纤维蛋白辅助毛囊移植对毛发缺失进行修复的临床应用效果,本研究选取2020年1月-2022年1月我院收治的30例毛发缺失患者,观察其临床治疗效果和毛囊存活情况。结果显示,所有患者的治疗优良率及毛囊存活率分别为83.33%、92.00%。说明对脱发患者进行高密式毛发移植联合PRF治疗的临床效果确切,毛囊存活率高,值得临床应用。

| Abstract: | In order to explore the clinical application effect of platelet-rich fibrin assisted hair follicle transplantation on hair lossrepair, this study selected 30 patients with hair loss admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 and hair folliclesunival comdition. The results showed that the excellent and good rate of treatment and hair follicle survival rate of all patients were83.33% and 92.00%, respectively. It shows that the clinical effect of high-density hair transplantation combined with PRF treatmentfor alopecia patients is definite, and the survival rate of hair follicles is high, which is worthy of clinical application. |
