针灸三通法治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效

目的 分析针灸三通法治疗急性期带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年7月-2021年5月我 院收治的100例急性期带状疱疹患者作为研究对象，随机分治疗组56例和对照组44例。治疗组采用 火针、放血拔罐及毫针围刺治疗,对照组采用服普瑞巴林胶囊以及腺苷钴胺片治疗，比较两组临床疗 效、疼痛情况，止疱、结痂及脱痂时间以及SDS抑郁评分。结果 治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组治疗第2天及1个疗程后VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学 意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组止疱、结痂以及脱痂时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）； 治疗组治疗后SDS评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 针灸三通法治疗急性期带 状疱疹操作简便易行，可有效减轻患者的疼痛、缩短病程，改善可能伴随的抑郁情绪，且临床效果确 切，值得应用。

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Three-way Method in the Treatment of Acute Herpes Zoster

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion three-way method in the treatment of acute herpes zoster. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from July 2020 to May 2021 were randomly divided into treatment group (56 patients) and control group (44 patients).
