六字诀结合火针治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹的临床研究

目的 探究六字诀联合火针治疗气滞血瘀型带状疱疹的效果。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年4月我 院收治的76例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,随机分为对比组与结合组,各38例。对比组予以常规治疗,结 合组予以六字诀联合火针治疗,比较两组疼痛情况、临床疗效、不良反应发生率以及生活质量。结果 结合 组VAS评分及PRI指数均低于对比组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;结合组治疗总有效率高于对比组,差 异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;结合组不良反应发生率低于对比组,但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）;结合 组生活质量各项评分均高于对比组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 六字诀联合火针治疗气滞血瘀 型带状疱疹效果确切,能减轻患者疼痛,降低不良反应发生率,改善患者的生活质量。

Clinical Study on Liuzijue Combined with Fire Needle in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Objective To explore the effect of Liuzijue combined with fire needle in the treatment of herpes zoster of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 76 patients with herpes zoster admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and combined group, with 38 patients in each group.
