优质护理干预在牙齿冷光美白治疗中的应用效果

目的 探讨优质护理干预在牙齿冷光美白治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年2月-2023年2月于我 院行牙齿冷光美白治疗的7 0例患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组， 各3 5例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在对照组基础上开展优质护理干预，比较两组护理 效果、心理状态、舒适度及护理满意度。结果 观察组护理总有效率为9 7 . 1 4 %，高于对照组的 8 0 . 0 0 %，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0 . 0 5）；两组干预后H A M D 与H A M A评分均低于干预前， 且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0 . 0 5）；观察组舒适度为9 4 . 2 9 %，高于对照组的 77.14%，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为97.14%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计 学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 优质护理干预可有效确保牙齿冷光美白治疗效果，改善患者的心理状态，提高 患者的舒适度及护理满意度，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention in Tooth Cold-light Bleaching Treatment

Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing intervention in tooth cold-light bleaching treatment. Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent cold-light bleaching treatment in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The nursing effect, psychological state, comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). After the intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The comfort degree of the observation group was 94.29%, which was higher than 77.14% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.14%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing intervention can effectively ensure the treatment effect of tooth cold-light bleaching, improve the psychological state of patients, improve the comfort and nursing satisfaction of patients, and has high clinical application value.
