Research on the Strategy of Improving the Quality of Novelty Search and Novelty Search Personnel in Medical and Aesthetic Scientific Research

The status of medical beauty research novelty and the quality of novelty search personnel in the medical beauty industry is increasing, which has received extensive attention. With the rapid growth of the amount of scientific research information, the novelty search work is becoming more and more complex, and the challenges are significantly increased. At the same time, the quality of novelty search personnel directly affects the quality and efficiency of novelty search results. This paper mainly discusses the quality of medical aesthetics research and the strategy of improving the quality of novelty retrieval personnel. In order to improve the quality of novelty retrieval, the establishment of medical cosmetology novelty retrieval system and standards was proposed, including standardizing the novelty retrieval process, strengthening the novelty retrieval technology, and ensuring the authority and accuracy of the novelty retrieval results. At the same time, for the improvement of the quality of novelty retrieval personnel, it emphasizes the importance of literature retrieval, effective communication and foreign language translation ability, as well as service awareness, responsibility, achievement orientation awareness and security awareness. The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical basis and practical suggestions for improving the quality of medical and aesthetic scientific research and the quality of novelty retrieval personnel, so as to promote the sustainable development of medical and aesthetic industry.
