酵母重组胶原蛋白修复敷料应用于过敏性皮炎的疗效

目的 探讨酵母重组胶原蛋白修复敷料应用于过敏性皮炎的疗效。方法 选取2022年4月-2023年 4月于我院治疗的80例过敏性皮炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，各40例。对照组接受 常规药物治疗，试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予酵母重组胶原蛋白修复敷料治疗，比较两组临床疗效、 症状积分、皮肤屏障功能指标、不良反应发生率以及复发率。结果 试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组， 差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后症状积分均低于治疗前，且试验组低于对照组，差异有统计 学意义（P＜0.05）；两组治疗后表皮含水量及表皮油脂含量均高于治疗前，经皮失水量低于治疗前，且 试验组各指标优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组均未出现不良反应；试验组复发率为 2.50%，低于对照组的17.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 酵母重组胶原蛋白修复敷料应用于 过敏性皮炎治疗中的效果确切，可改善患者过敏症状，修复皮肤屏障功能，降低复发率，临床应用安全 有效。

Efficacy of Yeast Recombinant Collagen Repair Dressing in Allergic Dermatitis

Objective To explore the effect of yeast recombinant collagen repair dressing on allergic dermatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with allergic dermatitis treated in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine drug treatment, and the experimental group was treated with yeast recombinant collagen repair dressing on the basis of routine treatment.
