逍遥散加减配合七白散治疗女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑的临床效果

目的 探讨逍遥散加减配合七白散治疗女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑临床效果。方法 选择2021年1月-2023年1月我院收治的肝郁气滞型黄褐斑女性患者60例为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组30例。对照组实施逍遥散加减治疗，观察组在对照组基础上配合七白散治疗。比较两组中医症候积分、皮损面积、色斑颜色，血清MDA、LPO、SOD水平改善情况以及并发症发生率。结果 两组治疗后中医症候积分、皮损面积、色斑颜色各项评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组治疗后血清MDA、LPO水平低于治疗前，血清SOD水平高于治疗前，且观察组MDA、LPO水平低于对照组，SOD水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论 逍遥散加减配合七白散治疗女性肝郁气滞型黄褐斑临床效果确切，可有效改善患者皮损面积、色斑颜色，调节血清水平，降低并发症发生几率。

Clinical Effect of Modified Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Qibai Powder in the Treatment of Female Chloasma of Liver Depression and Qi Stagnation Type

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Xiaoyao powder combined with Qibai powder in the treatment of femalechloasma with liver depression and qi stagnation. Methods From January 2021 to January 2023, 60 female patients with chloasmaof liver depression and qi stagnation type admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Xiaoyao powder, and the observation group was treated withQibai powder on the basis of the control group. The improvement of TCM symptom score, skin lesion area, color spot color, serumMDA, LPO, SOD levels and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms, skin lesion area and spot color in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and thosein the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Aftertreatment, the levels of serum MDA and LPO in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the level of serumSOD was higher than that before treatment, and the levels of MDA and LPO in the observation group were lower than those in thecontrol group, and the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). Conclusion Modified Xiaoyao powder combined with Qibai powder has a definite clinical effect in thetreatment of female chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type, which can effectively improve the skin lesion area andcolor of the patients, regulate the serum level, and reduce the occurrence rate of complications.
