CICARE 沟通模式在行整形修复术的上睑皮肤松弛患者中的应用效果

目的 探讨对行整形修复术的上睑皮肤松弛患者实施CICARE沟通模式的效果。方法 选取 2022年11月-2023年4月于我院整形外科行整形修复术的56例上睑皮肤松弛患者为研究对象，以随机数 字表法分为对照组与观察组，各28例。对照组给予常规护理沟通模式，观察组给予CICARE沟通模 式，比较两组心理状态、健康知识知晓率及护理满意度。结果 两组术后当日SDS评分、SAS评分均 低于术前1 d，且观察组均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组健康知识知晓率为82.14%，高于对照组 47.14%（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为92.86%，高于对照组的67.86%（P ＜0.05）。结论 CICARE沟 通模式在行整形修复术的上睑皮肤松弛患者中的应用效果确切，可有效改善患者的心理状况，提高其健 康知识知晓率，有利于提升护理满意度。

Application Effect of CICARE Communication Mode in Patients with Upper Eyelid Skin Relaxation Undergoing Plastic Repair Surgery

Objective To explore the effect of CICARE communication mode in patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation undergoing plastic repair surgery. Methods A total of 56 patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation who underwent plastic surgery in the Department of Plastic Surgery of our hospital from November 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 28 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing communication mode, and the observation group was given CICARE communication mode. The psychological status, health knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The SDS score and SAS score of the two groups on the day after operation were lower than those of 1 d before operation, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 82.14%, which was higher than 47.14% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 92.86%, which was higher than 67.86% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of CICARE communication mode in patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation undergoing plastic repair surgery is effective, which can effectively improve the psychological status of patients, improve their health knowledge awareness rate, and help improve nursing satisfaction.
