中医针灸推拿结合中药治疗面瘫的临床效果

目的 探究中医针灸推拿结合中药治疗面瘫的临床效果。方法 选取2021年3月-2022年3月我院收 治的60例面瘫患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组，每组30例。对照组接受中医针灸 推拿治疗，试验组接受中医针灸推拿结合中药治疗，比较两组临床疗效、治疗时间及住院时间。结果 试验 组治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；试验组治疗时间及住院 时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 中医针灸推拿结合中药治疗面瘫的临床效果良 好，可有效提高患者的面部神经功能恢复速度，促进患者早日出院，有利于减轻其经济压力及心理负担。

Clinical Effect of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Massage Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Facial Paralysis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion, massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of facial paralysis. Methods A total of 60 patients with facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, massage of traditional Chinese medicine, and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion, massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical efficacy, treatment time and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P
