摘    要:目的:探讨内皮素-1(ET-1)与缺氧性肺动脉高压(HPH)的相互关系。方法:对缺氧组(H组)及正常对照组(C组)大鼠,用免疫组织化学方法观察ET-1在肺组织内的表达及分布,并采用放射免疫方法测定大鼠血浆中ET-1的含量。结果:C组大鼠肺组织仅大血管及支气管有少量ET-1阳性物质表达,H组ET-1阳性表达不仅可见于大血管内皮,平滑肌,而且存在小血管内皮,平滑肌及支气管平滑肌中;

Abstract:Purpose To study the effects of Endothelin1(ET1) in hypoxic pulmonary hypertension (HPH) and its relationship with HPH. Methods Immunohistochemical staining and radioimmunological method were used to detect the expression of ET1 in lung tissue and the content of ET1 in plasma of the rats. Results In normoxia group, weak expression of ET1 was located in the endothelium and smooth muscle of pulmonary blood vessels and in the epithelium and smooth muscle of bronchi. But in hypoxic group, intensive expression of ET1 in above positions. The content of ET1 in plasma was increased obviously after hypoxia. Conclusion Hypoxia may promate synthesis and release of ET1, and elevate the content of ET1 in plasma, so that the ET1 have certainly influence on HPH.
