Abstract: | This paper describes a rare case of a young patient with an anomalous left coronary artery (LCA) originating from the right sinus of Valsalva, passing between the aorta and the pulmonary artery. This rare case was discovered during coronary angiography for the evaluation of the patient, after restoration of symptomatic ventricular tachycardia. |
