5%葡萄糖冲洗液用于前列腺汽化电切术的安全性探讨

目的探讨5％葡萄糖作冲洗液对糖尿病前列腺患者围手术期的安全性。方法将118例前列腺增生患者分为两组：无糖尿病组为85例，伴糖尿病组为33例。采用5％葡萄糖作冲洗液行经尿道前列腺汽化电切术，用快速血糖仪监测术中血糖变化，每30min一次，与术前空腹血糖对照，同时观察两组间对应时点的血糖值。结果两组患者术中血糖值均随手术时间逐渐升高，分别与术前相比差异有显著性（P〈0．05），但两组之间对应时点血糖值无明显差异（P〉0．05）。未发生糖尿病相关的严重并发症。结论前列腺汽化电切术中血糖升高主要由于术中冲洗液吸收的量和速度，与手术操作密切相关，糖尿病患者汽化电切术用5％葡萄糖作冲洗液同样安全可靠。

The Safety of flushing saline of 5%GS used in TU RP

Objective To investigate the safety of 5% GS as the flushing saline for transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) patients with diabetes. Methods There were 118 BPH patients were divided into two groups, 85 did not have diabetes and the rest 33 did have. 5% GS was used as the flushing saline during TURP for all the patients. Blood sugar was check every 30 minutes and compared with the preoperative blood sugar. The blood sugars at corresponding time of two groups were compared also. Results Both of these two groups did have blood sugar rising as the operation going through and there was significant difference when comparing with the preoperative level. There was no statistically difference between these two groups was found. Conclusion 5% GS is safe to be used as the flushing saline during TURP for patients who also have diabetes. Blood sugar rising was mostly caused by the volume and velocity of fluid absorption, which is closely connected with operation skills.
