| 摘 要： | 目的：探索不同的臂丛神经损伤情况下最佳的手术方式。方法：针对不同臂丛神经损伤进行不同的手术治疗并进行疗效随访。结果：各组随访显示，手术效果满意。结论：针对不同的臂丛神经损伤，采取不同的神经移位组合，能取得最佳的治疗效果。
