中西医结合治疗胃溃疡78例临床观察

目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法对我院78例胃渍疡患者随机分为治疗组及对照组，对照组口服沣托拉唑，治疗组在对照组基础上加服中药方剂。结果治疗组的总有效率为94．87％，明显高于对照组的76．92％；腹痛缓解时间治疗组为1．7±0．7d，对照组为2．5±1．1d，1年后治疗组复发3例，对照组复发10例，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组均无明显不良反应。结论中医治疗胃溃疡注重辨论证治，方法灵活多样，可提高治愈率，且副作用少，尤适合于慢性病人，价廉方便，值得推广使用。

Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical treatment 78 cases of gastric ulcer observation

Objective Discuss Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical treatment gastric ulcer. Methods 78 cases of gastric ulcer patients were randorrdy divided into treatment group and control group in our hospital, control group patients were used pantoprazole, treatment group patients were used chinese medicine based on control group. Results treatment group total effective rate was 94.87%, significantly higher than control group＇s 76.92%, treatment group abdominal pain remission time was 1.7±0.7d, control group was 2.3±1.1d, after one years treatment group 3 cases relapse, control group had 10 cases, there were significant differences（P〈0.05）, two groups were not significant side effects. Conclusion Chinese and Western Medicine Clinical treatment 78 cases of gastric ulcer focus debate on theory of governance,methods is flexible and diverse, can improve the cure rate, less side effects, low price, particularly suitable for people with chronic, is worth promoting.
