受过产前教育的孕妇产后抑郁症发生率的调查与护理

目的：对受过产前教育的和未受过产前教育的孕妇产后常规护理,观察其心理状态以进一步探讨受过产前教育的孕妇与产后抑郁症发生率的关系。方法：选取住院分娩的产妇299例,其中受过产前教育组152例,未受过产前教育组147例,产妇均进行常规护理观察。结果：接受过产前教育组产后抑郁症发生率明显低于未接受过产前教育组（P〈0.05）。结论：接受过产前教育的产妇比未接受过产前教育的孕妇有更好的心理状态,产后抑郁症发生率明显低于未接受过产前教育组。

Investigation and nursing of postpartum depression incidence in pregnant women received prenatal education

Objective:Nursing for pregnant women that received prenatal education and have not received prenatal education,to observe the psychological state of the relationship,in order to further explore the relationship of pregnant women received prenatal education and postpartum depression.Methods:299 cases of maternal hospital deliveries,which received prenatal education group of 152 cases,who have not received prenatal education group was 147 cases.Results:The postpartum depression incidence of the prenatal education group was significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The women that received prenatal education have better mental state than the pregnant women who had not received prenatal education,postpartum depression incidence was significantly lower than that in women who had not received prenatal education group.
