| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨静脉输液巡视不及时的原因及其护理干预对策。方法:选取300例静脉输液巡视不及时的原因进行分析。结果:所有因素中护士缺乏主动巡视意识所占比例最高,为26%,高于其他因素,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:树立护士主动服务意识,提高护士操作技能以及对患者进行输液知识宣教,是减少输液巡视不及时的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cause analysis and nursing intervention of intravenous infusion patrol behind time.Method From January 2009 to June 2009,300 cases of intravenous infusion patrol behind time were reviewed.Results In all the factors,the proportion of nurses lacking active patrol consciousness(26%)was higher than other factors,the difference had statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Setting up the nurse active service consciousness,improving operation skill and infusion knowledge education to patients are effective measures to reduce infusion patrol behind time. |
