| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声乳化白内障吸除术的相关并发症及其预后。方法：对70例(70眼)患者进行回顾性研究，详细记录了手术前后的最佳矫正视力、后囊膜破裂及玻璃体脱出的情况和处理方法、人工晶状体的植入情况、相关并发症的发生情况。结果：术后最佳矫正视力≥0．5者52例(74．3％)；术后角膜中度水肿18例(25．7％)，重度水肿者1例；瞳孔变形、不圆者15例；虹膜根部离断者2例；人工晶状体移位者2例；眼压增高者10例；全葡萄膜炎1例；人工晶状体前形成纤维膜1例；黄斑囊样水肿者1例。结论：超声乳化白内障吸除术中，晶状体后囊膜破裂可引起一系列相关并发症，发现及时、处理得当可大大减少并发症的发生，患者术后仍可获得较好的视力，预后良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the related complications and the prognosis after posterior capsule rupture during phacoemulsification.Methods:Retrospectively studing 70 eyes which posterior capsule ruptured during phacoemulsification.Results:52 eyes had the best corrected visul outcome. The complications including pupil decentration,intraocular hypertension,intraocular lens dislocation,cystoid macular edema et al.Conclusion:Proper management of the related complications after posterior capsule rupture is important. The postoperative corrected visul of the patient is better.[ |
