| Abstract: | A quantitative method of determination of the activity of multiple forms of superoxide dismutase (SOD), based on separation of the forms of the enzyme of gel electrophoresis, elution from the gel, and determination of inhibition of the reduction of nitro-BT in a system of NADH and phenazine metasulfate, is described.
