摘    要:烧伤湿性医疗技术(MEBT/MEBO)现已形成了较为系统的皮肤原位再生学术体系,由于PBL教学法强调培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,强调基础学科与临床医学的密切联系,通过尝试在七年制医学生外科学临床教学中引入PBL(Problem-based learning teaching method)教学法,以期达到提高学生的临床综合分析能力和临床操作技能之目的.作者从MEBT/MEBO教学目标、问题的设计及小组讨论方案各方面提出了具体需要解决的问题,对PBL应用于MEBT/MEBO教学就必要性、优越性、缺陷性及存在的问题等方面进行思考和分析,并提出了其发展展望.

Application of PBL Teaching Method to the Clinical Education Program of MEBT/MEBO in Medical Education of Seven Years Term

Abstract:MEBT/MEBO has had a academic system for skin regeneration in situ as a theory basis. Because PBL teaching method emphasizes to develop studenti ability of analyzing and solving problem, and to link basic theory and clinical practice, it was an attempt to introduce PBL teaching method in a clinical education of Medical Education of Seven Years Term so as to reach the target to raise the level of student's comprehensive ability of analyzing problem and skill of clinical practice. The author has put forward special issues to be resolved in teaching objective of MEBT/MEBO, protocol design and panel discussion. Meanwhile, the author also presented the necessity, advantages, defects and problems in the application of PBL teaching method to MEBT/MEBO education program. Finally, future prospect of application of PBL teaching method was discussed.
