| 摘 要： | 目的了解汕头市城乡小学高年级学生对吸烟的知、信、行情况。方法用集中调查对象独立填写调查表的方法，对汕头市城乡2160名小学五、六年级学生进行了调查。结果全市小学高年级学生吸烟危害知识知晓率为87．1％，五年级学生与六年级学生之间、城市学生与农村学生之间，吸烟相关知识掌握和相关行为形成方面均有显性差异。结论应进一步推广以学校为核心的控烟健康教育工作，加强对五年级学生的行为干预，重点落实农村学校控烟健康教育，以阻断青少年吸烟第一个高峰的形成。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate KAP about smoking among higher grade students of city-rural primary school in Shantou. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the 2160 five-grade and six-grade students of city-rural primary school in Shantou. Results KAP between five-grade and six-grade students and city and rural students showed greater difference. Conclusion Popularize health promotion of Cigarette Controlling further, especially for five-grade students. |
