实施临床护理观察管理制度的效果评估

目的通过加强临床护理观察管理,提高护士临床护理观察意识和能力。方法制定全院护士临床护理观察管理制度,设置临床护理观察个案事例登记表,组织护士进行临床护理观察相关知识学习、培训。结果实施临床护理观察管理前后护理观察个案例数经χ2检验有显著性差异,P<0.05;护理观察项目例数中及时发现病情变化和发现新病情实施管理后比实施前显著增加,分别经χ2检验,P均<0.01,有显著性差异。结论加强临床护理观察管理,提高护士临床护理观察能力,增强敏感性。提高护士整体素质。

The effect evaluation of management of clinic nursing observation

Objective To improve nurses' clinic observing capability and consciousness by strengthening the management of clinic nursing observation. Methods The managing system of clinic nursing observation was set up for all nurses of hospital,and registration form on cases in clinic nursing was designed. Nurses were organized to learn correlative knowledge about clinic nursing observation. Results There were significant differences about cases of nursing observation between after the practice of management of clinic nursing observation and before it. (P<0.05, tested by X2). And there were more observation of the change of disease situation and more discovery of new disease than before. (P<0.01, tested by X2). Conclusion It is very important to enhance the management of clinic nursing observation, improve nurses' clinic observing capability, increase their sensitivity and improve their all-round quality.
