穿山龙地上部分水提取物抗炎作用研究

摘    要:目的:以穿山龙根茎水提取物(WERDN)作为对照物,评价穿山龙地上部分水提取物(WEAPDN)的抗炎活性,为穿山龙地上部分的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:采用小鼠腹腔毛细血管渗出法及棉球肉芽肿法对同时采收的穿山龙地上和地下部分水提取物的抗炎作用进行比较研究。结果:与空白对照组比较,WEAPDN可明显减少小鼠腹腔液的渗出、降低肉芽肿的重量(P〈0.01,P〈0.05),与WERDN组比较差异无显著意义(P〉0.05)。结论:穿山龙地上部分水提取物有显著的抗炎作用,其抗炎活性与其根茎相近。

Abstract:Objective:The water extract of the radicular part of Discorea nipponica Makino (WERDN) was taken as control to evaluate the anti-inflammatory effects of water extract of the aerial part of Dicorea nipponica Makino (WEAPDN) and provide experimental data for developing and utilizing aerial part of Dicorea nipponica Makino.Methods:The abdominal capillary permeability and cotton ball-induced granuloma were used to comparatively study the anti-inflammatory effects of WERDN and WEAPDN that were collected at the same time.Results:Compared with control group,the WEAPDN could significantly decrease effusion of peritoneal fluid and decrease the weight of granuloma (P 〈 0.01,P 〈 0.05). There had no obvious difference between the antiinflammatory effects of WEAPDN and WERDN (P 〉 0.05).Conclusions: The WEAPDN has obvious anti-inflammatory effects that is similar to WERDN.
