| 摘 要： | 制作染色体标本用的载玻片要求清洁度高,无油污,才能保证染色体分散良好.背景干净,才有利于染色体病的临床分析。我经过多种方法摸索,认为上海白猫有限公司生产的“白猫洗洁精”效果较好,现介绍如下。将载玻片一片一片的放入1%“白猫清洗精”溶液后,蒸沸20min,用干净镊子夹住每片载玻片,用自来水反复多次将载玻片的两面冲洗干

| Abstract: | A simple method was used to determine the acticity of 5 batch NGF exraction from murine submaxillary as well as positive control which produced by our labortary.Without cormplex e- quipment.We obtained effective result of activity determined.The method was highly stable and conrinient compared with RIA,reecptor assay and elisa. |
