胆总管结石患者术后早期抬高T型管引流的临床观察

目的探讨胆总管结石患者术后早期抬高T型管引流的效果。方法将120例胆总管结石T型管引流患者采用历史对照方法分为两组,各60例,2001年11月~2002年11月早期抬高T型引流管患者为早期抬高组,2000年10月~2001年10月T型引流管按传统处理患者为传统处理组,对比分析T型引流管平均引流时间、平均住院天数、胆道下段梗阻发生率和病人满意度,并做统计学处理。结果两组患者T型管引流、住院平均天数、胆道下端梗阻发生率、患者满意度分别经统计学处理,有显著性差异,P<0.05或P<0.01。说明早期抬高T型引流管组患者T型管引流时间及住院平均天数均缩短,胆道下端梗阻发生率降低,患者满意度提高。结论T型引流管早期抬高,具有住院时间短、胆道下端梗阻率降低和提高患者满意度等优点,此法安全可行,认为密切观察病情,加强并发症的防护措施,是保证护理质量的关键。

Clinical observation of postoperative early drainage with raised T-shaped tube in patients with choledocholith

Objective To probe into the effects of postoperative early drainage with raised T-shaped tube in patients with choledocholith. Methods A retrospective study was done on 120 choledocholith cases who were divided evenly into two groups: 60 from November 2001 to November 2002 receiving postoperative early drainage with raised T-shaped tube as experimental group and 60 from October 2000 to October 2001 receiving conventional drainage with T-shaped tube as control group. The average drainage duration, average days for hospitalization, infectious rate of incisions, the satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups and analyzed statistically. Results There found significant differences between the two groups in view of the average drainage duration, average days for hospitalization, infectious rate of incisions, the satisfaction of patients (P<0.05 or P<0.01), indicating that the drainage with early raised T-shaped tube shortened the duration of drainage and hospitalization, lowered the infectious rate of incisions and raised the satisfactions of patients. Conclusion Raising T-shaped tube early is safe and advantageous in shortening of hospitalization duration, lowering infectious rate of incisions and raising the patient'satisfaction. The key to ensuring nursing quality is to closely observe the disease conditions and enhance the nursing of complications.
