| 摘 要： | 我们对５０侧重型颅脑损伤患者伤后进行了血糖测定。结果表明，重型颅脑损伤患者伤后均有不同程度的血糖增高，而血糖高低持续时间的长短与损伤程度及脑水肿时间的长短成正比。根据血糖高低既可估计疾病的预后又可指导临床治疗，从而提出了重型颅脑损伤后多盐少糖的输液原则。

| Abstract: | Blood sugar(BS)in Patients with serious skull and brain damage were deter mined.The results showed that BS increased on different levels.The change and lasting time of the increased BS had a positive scale with the damage degree and encephalic edema time.According to the BS change,the prognosis can be estimated,and perhaps it also guides the clinical treatment.From this point of view, more salt and little sugar should be given in travenously after serious skull and brain damage. |
